Not necessarily — plenty of clients give us entry instructions (a key, code, or lockbox) and go about their day. Let us know what works for you when you book.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes — we bring eco-friendly products and equipment on every job. If you'd rather we use products you already have on hand, just let us know.
Can I reschedule or cancel an appointment?
Free reschedule with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations inside 24 hours may forfeit the deposit.
How does payment work?
For home cleanings, a deposit is paid securely through Square to confirm your booking. We'll go over the remaining balance when we confirm your appointment. For commercial requests, we'll cover payment details on your callback.
How quickly will I hear back after requesting a quote?
